Mercedes C63s AMG Blackout Package and Panamericana Grille Upgrade
This Mercedes C63s AMG came in for a full visual transformation.
The owner wanted to get rid of the factory chrome and clean up the overall look, pushing the car toward a more aggressive, cohesive finish without going over the top.
What We Did:
We started by replacing the factory front grille with a Panamericana-style grille.
This completely changes the front end of the car. The vertical slats give it a much more modern AMG look compared to the older style grille that was on the car.
From there, the focus shifted to a full blackout across the entire vehicle.
Every chrome accent was removed or refinished. That includes trims, small exterior details, and anything that would normally break up the visual flow of the car.
Badges were converted to black to match the rest of the theme.
On the rear, we added subtle white accents into the badging, including the S badge, just to give it a small amount of contrast without losing the overall blackout look.
We installed headlight and taillight tints to darken the lighting elements while still keeping them functional. This ties in with the rest of the car and removes the bright red and clear contrasts that usually stand out on a blacked out build.
The roof was wrapped in gloss black to visually lower the car and give it that panoramic glass roof look. Door handles were also blacked out to keep everything consistent across the body.
To finish it off, the windows were tinted to complete the overall look and clean up the side profile.
This was essentially a full de-chrome and blackout package, carried through every visible detail on the car.
A build like this only works if every detail is handled properly. If you miss small pieces or mix finishes, the car ends up looking incomplete.
By committing to a full blackout and doing it consistently, the car now has a much more aggressive presence.
The Panamericana grille alone updates the entire front end, but combined with the blackout work, it brings the whole car together as one clean, cohesive package.
Key Takeaways:
• Full blackout only works if every chrome element is addressed
• Panamericana grille significantly updates the front end of AMG models
• Small contrast details, like subtle badge accents, can elevate the finish
• Light tints and window tinting complete the overall look when done correctly
• Consistency across finishes is what separates a clean build from a rushed one
This C63s is now a completely different car visually.
Clean, aggressive, and properly executed.
This is the standard for blackout and styling work we carry out here in Phuket.
